The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament directs the Bill "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine concerning the Defence Lands Use" for the further Consideration

The Bill (Reg.№3129) envisages the legislative regulation of the proper use of the land defence its selling, free transference into the communal property and use of the funds received as a result of lands disposal after the change of its proper use.

During the discussion the members of the Committee expressed number of the remarks to the Bill.

In particular it was mentioned that the Law "On Defence Lands Use" determines the principles of the defence lands use. Consequently all the amendments should be introduced to that Law.
